No Refund Policy
All purchases made on GMC Inspector are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a scan has been initiated or a report has been delivered.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
GMC Inspector provides an immediate digital service — the moment a scan is run and a report is generated, the service has been fully delivered. The value of the report is provided upon delivery regardless of whether the results meet your expectations.
Unlimited Access Plan
The 30-day Unlimited Access plan is also non-refundable once the access code has been issued and delivered to your email address. If you have purchased the plan but have not yet received your access code, please contact us within 24 hours.
Technical Issues
If you experienced a technical issue that prevented the report from being delivered (e.g. email not received, scan failed to complete), please contact us and we will resolve the issue or re-deliver the report at no additional charge. This does not constitute a refund — it is a re-delivery of the service already paid for.
